Returns & Cancellations:
1. Order cancellation’s are accepted within 24 hours of receipt of order . Returns are not accepted on all our products once shipped .
2. Only parts having manufacturing defects will be replaced. In case you receive a defective product, please reach out to us at contact@smileychairs.com / call 9840072870 within 24 hours of receipt.
3. If any part of the product arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of installation; we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged part . We reserve the right to request images or videos of such damage. All claims for damage ascertainable under initial inspection must be reported within 24 hours of installation. Thereafter, the replacement for any physical damage reported will be invalidated. In case a later installation is requested, the product has to be checked upon delivery for any damages and reported within 24 hours of delivery
